1.1 All Classes, with the exception of specified open classes, are closed to onlookers. Centrestage holds open classes during the last week of Terms 1, 2 & 3.

1.2 Students must be punctual in all classes. This is especially important in regard to dance classes to ensure students are involved in their class warm-up, which is necessary in order to avoid injury.

1.3 All students and/or guardians are required to contact reception prior to the commencement of the class if the student is running late or is going to be absent.

2. Fee Payments

2.1 There is a non-refundable annual Enrolment/Administration fee of $120, which must be paid upon enrolment; this fee does not contribute to class fees/tuition.

2.2 I understand that if I do not notify Centrestage Performing Arts School of my child’s withdrawal from any classes or performances prior to the end of Term 3, I will be responsible for the cost of those classes and any associated costs of performances or rehearsals.

2.3 I understand that by enrolling at Centrestage Performing Arts School, I will take part in all rehearsals and performances as required. Centrestage Performing Arts School must be notified immediately via email to accounts@centrestageschool.com.au if I am unable to do so. Failure to comply with this will incur the associated costs for performances and rehearsals.

2.4 I understand that if payment terms are not met, my child/I (if over 18) will be excluded from class and all performances until such payments are made.

2.5 I also understand that a late fee 10% will be automatically added to my invoice once my fees are more than two weeks overdue.

2.6 I understand that fee payments are non-refundable. Consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances of illness/injury and a credit note may be issued for use at Centrestage upon presentation of the appropriate medical certificates.

2.7 Students enrolled with Centrestage are expected to participate in all appropriate productions and attend all classes and rehearsals required.

2.8 Students may be required to pay an additional costume fee for productions. This fee is non-refundable.
